Role Description The Outreach Specialist Intern role is a remote internship focused on engaging and growing Adomo’s community of customers, partners, and interested stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on target audiences and relevant communities, supporting outreach campaigns, and preparing clear written communications for emails, social channels, and community forums. The intern will assist with responding to inquiries, gathering feedback from users, and coordinating virtual events or information sessions.





This role collaborates closely with marketing and customer-facing teams to ensure consistent messaging and supportive customer experiences, while documenting outreach activities and sharing insights with the broader team.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, professional messages and present information effectively.

Candidates should possess Research skills to identify target communities, gather relevant data, and summarize insights that guide outreach efforts.

Candidates should possess Community Outreach and Customer Service skills to build relationships, respond to questions, and represent Adomo in a helpful, professional manner.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple outreach activities and maintain accurate records.

Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to collaborate using digital tools.

Interest in AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology; prior experience or coursework in related fields is a plus.

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in communications, marketing, social sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.
