Role Description The Outreach Head - Hyderabad is a full-time, in office role responsible for leading and expanding corporate and institutional relationships in the Hyderabad region. The role involves identifying potential partner organizations, initiating contact, and nurturing long-term collaborations to support placements and corporate engagement.

The Outreach

Head will plan and execute outreach campaigns, coordinate meetings, presentations, and events, and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders. Daily tasks include tracking outreach metrics, preparing reports, aligning with internal teams on placement needs, and representing Thapar Placements and Corporate Relations at industry forums.



The role also includes mentoring junior team members, ensuring professional and timely follow-up, and contributing to strategic decisions for regional growth.

Qualifications

- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and sustain corporate partnerships.
- Experience in business development, corporate outreach, or placement/career services, preferably in an educational or training environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Solid organizational and planning capabilities, including managing multiple initiatives, events, and timelines in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of regional targets and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is beneficial.
- Comfort with using productivity tools, CRM or outreach tracking systems, and basic data analysis to inform outreach strategies.
- Prior experience working with companies in the Hyderabad or broader Telangana market is a plus.
