About Us

Bäcker & Charlie is an artisanal bakery and neighbourhood café built around quality, hospitality and community. We're looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the café.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Manage and coach the front-of-house team.

Plan staff schedules and oversee attendance.

Coordinate service with the kitchen and bakery.

Resolve guest concerns professionally.

Monitor inventory and place daily stock requests.

Complete daily operational reports and cash reconciliation.

Ensure cleanliness, food safety and service standards are maintained.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 3–5 years' experience in a managerial role.



F&B; is not mandatory. Is a confident people leader.

Has excellent communication skills.

Stays calm under pressure.

Takes ownership and solves problems independently.

Enjoys developing people and building strong teams.
