Job Summary Smaaash Entertainment is looking for a proactive Reactive Sales / Telesales Executive to manage inbound customer enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in sales or client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer enquiries received through calls, website enquiries, and other sales channels.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.




- Deliver a high standard of customer service while achieving sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Reactive Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality Sales, Hotel Sales, Banquet Sales, Event Sales, Reservations, Travel Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in handling inbound leads and customer enquiries.
- Strong verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
