- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.

- Deliver effective sales pitches and explain products/services clearly.

- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.

- Follow up with interested prospects and update call records accurately.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
