Job Title: OSS Assurance Consultant
Job Mode: Permanent with Mindteck
Location: Bangalore/Pune (Remote)
- Excellent communication skills Experience in 24/7 IT system production support Minimum 3 years as L2 support engineer
- Good understanding of ITIL Proven experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in solution support. Has work experience in Linux environment.
- Has valuable experience in shell scripting and HPE vTeMIP / UOC/ UCA product to troubleshoot issues.
- Mandatory to work in 24/7 shifts.
- Able to perform application monitoring, create health check report and log issues in trouble ticketing system.
- Good written and oral business communication skills Needs to communicate with customer, L2 support teams and track in closing the ticket.
- Willingness to Ramp-up on the HPE products used in solution
