Job Overview: We are looking for a confident and target-driven Outbound Telecaller who can effectively engage with customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales. This is a day shift role ideal for candidates with strong communication and persuasive skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

- Explain products/services clearly and handle objections

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects





- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

- Maintain call records and update CRM systems

Requirements

- Female candidates only

- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound telesales

- Strong communication skills in English

- Good convincing and negotiation abilities

- Target-oriented mindset
