1. Job Title: Senior ORMB Component Development Lead

Experience Level: 8–12+ Years Role Overview: Lead complex technical delivery, batch performance tuning, and architectural alignment within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement complex ORMB components (Algorithms, Batches, Business Services, and Scripting) using the OUAF framework.
- Lead technical design discussions to translate functional requirements into scalable ORMB technical components.
- Design robust interfaces using the ORMB File Framework and Batch Multithreading Framework.
- Analyze current batch configurations and recommend optimal performance tuning strategies.
- Lead architectural sessions with client technical teams on ORMB integrations and system architecture.
- Formulate data migration strategies, perform feasibility assessments, and design target ORMB migration components.
- Drive SIT and UAT phases by conducting root-cause bug analysis and providing guidance to junior developers.
- Build reusable assets, technical accelerators, white papers, and thought leadership blogs.

1. Job Title: ORMB Developer

Experience Level: 3–6 Years Role Overview: Hands-on developer responsible for building, testing, and maintaining core ORMB components and batch configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain ORMB components including custom Algorithms, Batches, Business Services, and OUAF Scripts.
- Create technical designs by selecting appropriate OUAF components for given functional specifications.
- Implement inbound and outbound interfaces using the ORMB File Framework and Batch Multithreading capabilities.
- Participate in technical syncs and architectural sessions with client delivery teams.




- Perform unit testing and assist in bug fixing during testing cycles.

1. Job Title: ORMB Principal Solution Architect & SME

Experience Level: 15+ Years Role Overview: Domain expert and strategic solution lead driving banking billing transformations, pre-sales alignment, and high-level solution governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide subject matter expertise in Corporate Banking, specifically within Cash Management, Payments, and Pricing/Billing domains.
- Act as Lead Solution Architect / SME for pricing and billing solution sales and large-scale implementations.
- Facilitate client buy-in and alignment with True Cloud Methodology (TCM) and standard product capabilities.
- Guide customers in defining and capturing end-to-end business requirements from an ORMB product perspective.
- Serve as the primary onsite technical and functional lead to oversee complex business processes and industry standard alignments.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Configuration Leads, and Development Leads to ensure solution delivery aligns with contractual SLAs.
- Leverage deep understanding of regulatory requirements and banking best practices to drive thought leadership.

Experience Level: 5–8 Years Role Overview: Experienced mid-to-senior engineer dedicated to custom development, component integration, and technical enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop complex custom ORMB components (Algorithms, Batches, Business Services, Scripting) on the OUAF platform.
- Design and implement high-volume data interfaces via the ORMB File and Multithreading Frameworks.
- Assist in evaluating batch performance and recommend standard configuration enhancements.
- Participate in client technical discussions regarding system capabilities and integrations.
- Support data migration identification, feasibility analysis, and target component designs.
- Support SIT/UAT cycles by analyzing reported bugs and delivering fixes for high-severity issues.
- Build internal accelerators, technical documentation, and reusable modules for wider project deployment.
