About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Organic Procurement Executive to support the sourcing and procurement of organic raw materials, food products, and packaging materials. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, a basic understanding of procurement processes, and an interest in working with farmers, suppliers, and organic products.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing organic raw materials, food products, and packaging materials from approved vendors, suppliers, and FPOs.
- Coordinate with farmers, vendors, and suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation.




- Compare supplier quotations and support cost-effective procurement through price analysis and negotiations.
- Ensure timely availability of materials by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Work closely with Quality, Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments for smooth procurement operations.
- Verify procurement documents, invoices, delivery challans, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning to avoid stock shortages.
- Maintain vendor records and support vendor performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and organic certification requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports and update MIS records
