Education:

- B.Com, M.Com (CA (Inter), ICWA (Inter)/Post Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting

Must Have Skill:

- Preparing synopsis of Project Contracts
- Review the process of Cost Distribution and Revenue Recognition

Good-to-Have Skill:

- Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Review of Project Financials (Gross Margins, EBIT, WIP, AR) and lead monthly review meetings

Job Summary:

- Preparing synopsis of Project Contracts • Review the process of Cost Distribution and Revenue Recognition • Review of Project Financials (Gross Margins, EBIT, WIP, AR) and lead monthly review meetings • Cash Flow Forecasting • Annual Budgeting and Quarterly Forecasting • Project Billing administration • Month-end tasks such as accruals and provisioning for Projects • Prepare estimate reports,



analyse trend and variance studies • Reconcile Inter-company mismatch • Business partnering • Excel computing skills

- Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communicator at all levels • Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better and proactive nature.

Key Skills:

- Robust Knowledge of Accounts Payable process and best practices
- Hands on experience with ERP systems ( SAP, Oracle etc)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel

Soft Skills - Excellent communication - Team collaboration - Documentation and knowledge sharing

Certifications

Knowledge of various ERPs- SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel
