Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

- Perform assurance programs with ongoing checks on sales and operational processes

- Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

- Maintain accurate, uptodate documentation of operational procedures and policies

- Generate, analyze, and present reports on operational performance for management review

- Evaluate and revise operational procedures in response to organizational or process changes

- Streamline and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and productivity

- Provide operational support for assurancerelated tasks on a daytoday basis

- Work closely with internal stakeholders across global teams and time zones

- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business and sales data
