Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Executive to manage customer orders, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth order fulfilment. The ideal candidate will have experience in order processing, data management, customer coordination, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract and review order data from customer portals and reports.

- Segregate orders that already exist in the system and identify new orders for processing.

- Compile, validate, and upload order data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

- Prepare and share order acknowledgments with customers, including expected delivery dates and scheduled dispatch dates.

- Create and share Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) with customers to provide shipment and tracking information.

- Generate invoices through customer portals or dashboards and share them with customers in a timely manner.

- Maintain a minimum data processing accuracy of 99% across all customer accounts.

- Process and manage chargebacks on a daily basis while ensuring timely resolution.

- Review existing order timelines and update customers regarding revised delivery schedules based on inventory availability and incoming stock.





- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Experience in order processing, order management, or data analysis.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:

oVLOOKUP oPivot Tables oData Analysis oData Validation

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.

Experience Required

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Processing, Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, or Data Analysis.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with customer portals and retailer/vendor platforms.

- Knowledge of shipping documentation, ASN creation, invoicing, and inventory management.

- Familiarity with supply chain and order fulfilment processes.
