About the Role

Expertise Preferred Order Management/Q2C/S2F. Mandatory-SAP

Responsibilities

- Robust communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in handling the following:
- Outbound / Inbound Deliveries
- Shipping documentation
- Inventory management/ replenishment
- Transportation Tracking
- Shipping instructions
- Audit Carrier Invoices
- Returns
- Vehicle scheduling
- Routing Optimization
- Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications Graduate with 2-3 year (Only)



of hands-on experience in Logistics Operations. Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; familiarity with the petrochemical domain is a strong advantage.

Experience Reqd-2-3years, Package-4 to 5.5lpa

Required Skills

- Strong communication abilities.

Pay range and compensation package Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US). Required to be physically present in the office on all working days.
