Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant with 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience , including robust expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and exposure to the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) domain. The role involves working with business stakeholders to deliver Oracle Fusion PPM implementations, enhancements, and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules, including Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Contracts .
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with business users and SMEs.
- Perform end-to-end functional configuration and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, process flows, and test scenarios .




- Configure Project Costing components such as expenditure types, burden schedules, cost allocations, billing extensions, budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and project lifecycle management .
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live , defect resolution, data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and cross-functional Oracle Cloud teams to ensure seamless business process integration.
- Work on PPM integrations with Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets) .
- Recommend Oracle Cloud best practices, process improvements, and business solutions.
- Coordinate effectively in an offshore-onsite delivery model , working with customer stakeholders across the MEA region .
- Exposure to OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View is preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM .
- Experience in 2–3 Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation projects .
- Knowledge of offshore-onsite coordination, integrations, and data migration .
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE), MBA, or CA (Inter/Final).
- Oracle Certification is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills with the ability to work independently.
