Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions. The consultant will work closely with HR, Compensation, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure compensation plans, support annual compensation cycles, and ensure alignment with organizational compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation and rewards programs.Configure and manage Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules, including workforce compensation and individual compensation plans.Design and implement compensation cycles, budgets, eligibility profiles, compensation components, and approval workflows.Configure compensation worksheets, allocation methods, and compensation statements.Support merit increases, bonus planning, stock grants, and incentive compensation processes.Integrate Compensation with Core HR, Workforce Structures, Talent Management, and Payroll.Perform functional testing, SIT, UAT support, and production deployment activities.Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and training materials.Troubleshoot compensation-related issues and provide production support.Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, HDL/HCM Extract requirements,



and BI Publisher reporting.Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and assess impact on existing configurations.Ensure compliance with compensation policies and governance standards.
