Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

InfinityBridge | Location: Pune, Maharashtra | Contract: 12 Months (extendable) | On-site/Hybrid | US EST/CST overlap required

InfinityBridge is hiring an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant for a high-impact engagement with a US-based client. This role needs deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise and a strong track record in US Payroll and HCM operations.

What You'll Do

- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules end-to-end
- Lead requirement workshops with US HR and Payroll stakeholders
- Manage US Payroll — tax rules, garnishments, W-2, ACA compliance
- Handle US HCM — workforce structures and hire-to-retire lifecycle
- Provide functional inputs for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Configure Redwood UI pages using Page Composer and Visual Builder
- Build OTBI reports, dashboards, and BI Publisher templates
- Drive UAT planning, defect tracking, and go-live support
- Support Oracle quarterly release assessments and regression testing

Required Skills

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — functional inputs and monitoring
- Redwood UI — page personalization and configuration
- OTBI — custom reports, subject areas, and dashboards
- BI Publisher — RTF templates, data models, and scheduling





HCM Modules (minimum 3 of 4 required)

- Core HR — configuration and functional support
- Payroll — US payroll rules, costing, and taxes
- Time & Labor — time rules, schedules, and worker time
- Absence Management — accrual plans, types, and eligibility

What You Bring

- 6+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience
- 3+ years of US Payroll / US HCM experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of US compliance: W-2, ACA, FLSA, multi-state payroll
- Proven experience in end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations

Good to Have

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification (any module)
- Oracle Fast Formulas experience
- Knowledge of HCM Extracts and Benefits/Compensation modules
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Security (roles and data access)
- Experience with US HR compliance: FMLA, ADA, EEO, COBRA
