Role Description The Oracle Fusion SCM Conversion Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading data conversion activities for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management, including planning, mapping, cleansing, and validating data from legacy systems. The individual will coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand supply chain processes, define conversion strategies, and ensure smooth integration with other Oracle modules and applications.

Day-to-day tasks include overseeing conversion design and scripts,



managing test cycles, troubleshooting conversion issues, and preparing documentation and status reports. The role also involves providing guidance to project teams, supporting go-live and post-go-live activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of SCM processes and conversion methodologies.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Business Process design and analysis within Supply Chain Management.

Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution recommendations.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, particularly Oracle Fusion SCM and related modules.

Knowledge of Integration between Oracle Fusion and legacy or third-party systems, including data migration and interfacing.

Experience with Oracle HR or other Oracle cloud modules is an advantage for cross-functional projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience in leading Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or conversion projects, preferably in on-site client environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Ability to document processes, create technical and functional specifications, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
