About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in either Compensation or Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules. Candidates should have hands-on implementation experience and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

1. Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)

Required Skills:

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL).
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Expertise in:
- Time Entry Rules
- Time Calculation Rules
- Approval Workflows
- Workforce Management
- Payroll Integration
- Absence Management Integration
- Ability to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support testing and deployment activities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Solid client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.
- Exposure to Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management modules is an added advantage.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred.
