We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM solution design and implementation.

- Work on Core HR, Absence, Talent, ORC, Help Desk, Compensation, and Security modules.

- Design and support HCM integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC.

- Develop reporting solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher.

- Manage Oracle quarterly release assessments and testing.

- Configure security roles, data roles, security profiles, and AORs.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional/technical solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive HCM transformation initiatives.
