About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion ERP Techno-Functional Senior Analyst to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, with hands-on experience in implementation, support, customization, integrations, reporting, and production support. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle ERP solutions and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Design and develop Oracle Fusion integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, OIC, and FBDI.
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and SQL queries.
- Perform data migration, conversion, and bulk data uploads using FBDI/ADFDI.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide timely resolutions.
- Support Oracle quarterly patches and release management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare functional specifications,



technical documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
- Ensure solution quality through unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment support.

Must-Have Skills
- 5–9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Techno-Functional consulting.
- Solid functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion ERP modules such as:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Procurement
- SCM
- Projects
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and FBDI.
- Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI Reporting, and SQL.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion security, workflow configuration, and approval processes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and business processes.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
- Oracle Fusion ERP implementation or upgrade experience.
- Redwood UI exposure.
- Oracle Fusion certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle PaaS or Oracle Visual Builder.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Oracle Fusion ERP Certification is an added advantage.
