Oracle EPM ARCS Consultant Experience Required: 6+ years

Work Mode: Remote We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS Consultant to join our Oracle Practice. The selected professional will play a key role in supporting and transforming financial consolidation, account reconciliation, planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ARCS, FCCS, Essbase, and PBCS
- Minimum two end-to-end Oracle EPM implementation projects
- Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ARCS solutions
- Configuration and support of FCCS and Essbase applications
- Experience with PBCS for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Integration of Oracle PBCS with Oracle Fusion ERP




- Ability to independently develop business rules and custom Oracle EPM applications
- Experience in integrations, automation, testing, UAT, go-live, and hyper care support
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, account reconciliation, FP&A;, and financial reporting processes
- Ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, conduct demonstrations, and provide functional guidance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote offshore environment Preferred Skills • Knowledge of Groovy scripting
- Experience with process automation
- Robust finance functional knowledge
- B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent educational qualification
