Role : Oracle Cloud Tech Lead

:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Tech Lead to lead the technical design, architecture, development, and delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across the Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS technical ecosystem, along with proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical design and architecture discussions for Oracle Cloud implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Design, develop, and review integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and related technologies.
- Oversee technical development of extensions, reports, conversions, interfaces, and workflows.
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for RICEFW objects Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows.
- Develop and review technical design documents based on functional and business requirements.
- Guide, mentor, and manage a team of technical consultants across multiple modules/workstreams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
- Manage technical delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams.
- Collaborate with functional leads, project managers, and client stakeholders for technical solutioning and issue resolution.
- Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Oracle Cloud architecture.




- Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and support.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 7 to 15 years of experience in Oracle technical development and implementation.
- Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle EBS technical stack.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Experience with FBDI / HDL and data migration/conversion processes.
- Strong understanding of Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, integrations, and data models.
- Proven experience leading technical teams of 5 members across multiple modules or workstreams.
- Robust experience in technical solution design, development, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
