Minimum 7+ years in Manufacturing domain with robust exposure to support & development

- Provide L2/L3 support for Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, Production, Costing)
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (transactions, data, integrations)
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term fixes
- Handle service requests (setup changes, master data corrections, process fixes)
- Work on enhancements and configuration changes (process improvements, new setups)
- Support project activities including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation
- Participate in SIT/UAT, regression testing, and release/patch deployments
- Support month-end manufacturing processes (costing, reconciliation)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical teams for integrations and customizations




- Maintain documentation (RCA reports, design docs, test evidence, knowledge articles)
