Job Summary The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality standards, and revenue growth. The role requires robust leadership, team management, and a hands-on approach to maintaining service excellence across all assigned properties.

Key ResponsibilitiesHotel Operations

- Oversee the daily operations of all assigned hotel properties.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security operations.
- Monitor property performance and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain service quality and brand standards.

Guest Experience
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional hospitality services.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to improve service quality.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise hotel management and operational teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the HR Department for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee development.

Financial & Business Performance
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall revenue performance.
- Prepare operational reports and MIS for management review.
- Control operational costs while maintaining service standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.




- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance standards across all properties.

Vendor & Asset Management
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of operational supplies.
- Monitor inventory, hotel assets, and operational equipment.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, Finance, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Travel to hotel properties for inspections, audits, and operational support as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in managing multiple hotel properties is preferred.
