Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, improve processes, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, maintain service quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.

- Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of work.

- Monitor team performance, conduct performance appraisals, and provide regular feedback.

- Develop and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) to enhance employee productivity and growth.

- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and SLAs.

- Resolve operational issues and manage escalations effectively.





- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

- Prepare operational reports and present insights to management.

- Drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in operations management.

- Proven experience in team leadership, people management, and performance management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.

- Experience in the IT industry is an added advantage.
