Osler's Academy, a leading medical training academy based in Hyderabad, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution across the academy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting the Academy's continued growth. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Academy.

Ensure all equipment, devices, and office infrastructure are operational, well-maintained, and functioning efficiently.

Coordinate with internal teams/ employees to ensure smooth execution of academic and administrative processes.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Monitor workflows, identify process improvements, and drive operational excellence.

Lead, mentor, and support team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Ensure timely resolution of operational issues through effective decision-making and problem-solving.

Maintain operational reports, documentation, and performance metrics.

Support leadership in planning, execution,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

Criteria

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Healthcare MBA/BBA graduates are preferred.

Candidates with experience as School Coordinators or in academic administration are encouraged to apply.

Minimum 2 years of management experience is mandatory, preferably in Marketing, Operations, or Administration.
