Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily manufacturing operations of solar panel production.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Stores, and Dispatch teams.




- Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies.
- Control inventory, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise production staff and shift in-charges.
- Prepare MIS reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements Requirements:

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations (Solar / Electrical preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and process improvement.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
