- Job Summary:

- Mazus Hotels and Resorts (Swiss Holidays), a premium hospitality property in Wayanad, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B; coordination)

- Ensure high standards of guest service and handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally

- Monitor occupancy, revenue performance, and operational efficiency

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve bookings and revenue

- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain service excellence

- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

- Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely availability of supplies

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

- Maintain cost control and optimize resource utilization





Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar leadership role

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

- Ability to handle multiple properties/departments is an added advantage

- Good knowledge of hotel management systems and OTA platforms

- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
