About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, technically strong and execution-driven Operations Manager to join the Phase 1 Originals team. This role will lead the operational planning and on-ground execution of large-scale live entertainment IPs, festivals, musicals, concerts and experiential properties.

The ideal candidate is someone with deep expertise in event operations, large-format productions and live entertainment infrastructure. This role requires someone who can operationalize projects end-to-end — from venue identification and operational planning to production coordination, technical execution, vendor management and live event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Event Operations & Execution

- Lead end-to-end operational planning and execution across Phase 1 Originals’ IPs including

festivals, concerts, musicals, live experiences and large-scale entertainment properties
- Operationalize projects from planning stage through on-ground execution and closure
- Ensure all operational, technical and production requirements are planned and executed

efficiently
- Lead execution readiness across all operational workstreams and event phases
- Drive seamless coordination between production, fabrication, technical, operations and

execution teams Venue Planning, Production & Technical Execution

- Identify and evaluate venues based on the scale, format and operational requirements of the project
- Develop venue layouts, zoning plans and operational movement strategies
- Plan audience flow, entry/exit management, backstage operations, technical zones, hospitality areas, artist movement and service access
- Oversee production, fabrication and technical execution across staging, sound, lighting, AV, rigging, power and event infrastructure




- Ensure venue infrastructure and layouts align with production, safety and operational requirements
- Coordinate venue recce visits, technical feasibility assessments and operational planning meetings
- Ensure all technical and operational deliverables are executed to required standards, timelines and safety requirements

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Build and manage relationships with operational, production and technical vendors
- Lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, budgeting discussions and execution planning
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, venue teams and operational partners across projects
- Ensure vendors deliver as per project timelines, specifications and quality expectations
- Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, venue partners and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution alignment

Operational Planning & On-ground Management

- Develop detailed operational plans, execution timelines and contingency strategies
- Anticipate operational risks and proactively problem-solve before and during execution
- Ensure operational compliance across safety, logistics and infrastructure requirements
- Lead on-ground operations during live events and ensure smooth real-time execution
- Maintain calm, efficiency and decision-making capability in high-pressure live environments
- Ensure the project is execution-ready across all operational stages and live event scenarios

Required Skills & Experience





- 8–10 years of experience in Event Operations, Festival Operations, Live Production or Large-Scale Event Execution
- Robust understanding of large-format event operations and live entertainment infrastructure
- Experience managing festivals, concerts, IPs, large productions or high-footfall live events
- Strong technical understanding of production, staging, sound, lighting and event infrastructure
- Experience in venue planning, zoning and operational layout development
- Strong vendor management, negotiation and coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving and execution capabilities
- Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-moving live environments
- Strong ownership, leadership and operational decision-making ability
