Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager – US Operations to lead and manage U.S.-based operational processes. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless daily operations,



achieve performance targets, deliver exceptional client service, and effectively manage teams while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10–12 years of operations experience, preferably in US BPO/Customer Service
- 5–6 years of team handling experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. customer service standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with reporting tools, CRM systems, and Workforce Management (WFM) tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in U.S. time zones or night shifts
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Solid conflict resolution and people management skills
- Experience managing KPIs and operational dashboards
- Basic understanding of financial and resource planning
