Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Chengalpattu.

The Operations

Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate facility management services, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and manage client relationships.



The incumbent will supervise teams, optimize operational processes, maintain compliance with regulations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves driving operational efficiency and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Facility Management, Operations Coordination, and Team Leadership

Proficiency in Vendor Management and Client Relationship Management

Robust knowledge in Compliance and Safety Standards

Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Organizational Skills

Proficiency in Technology and Software Tools related to Facility Management

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to coordinate efficiently across diverse teams

Experience in Integrated Facility Services or similar industries is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
