Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Ludhiana, Punjab.

The Operations

Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations, streamlining processes in the supply chain, logistics, and inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role involves managing teams, monitoring workflows, enhancing operational efficiency,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the Operations Manager will implement and evaluate operational policies, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to scaling the organization in alignment with Dermabay’s mission and vision.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, project management, and process optimization skills
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control
- Proficiency with operations tools including ERP systems, data analysis tools, and project management software
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Relevant experience in operational roles within the skincare, FMCG, or healthcare sectors, preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and objectives
