Highway Hub is developing India's next generation of Way-Side Amenities (WSAs) across the country's high-growth expressways. Our integrated travel hubs bring together leading food & beverage brands, retail, convenience stores, EV charging, hospitality, and modern traveller amenities, redefining the highway travel experience.

As an Operations Management Intern, you will work directly under the guidance of our Chief Operating Officer (COO) , a seasoned industry leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, infrastructure, and project execution. This role offers unparalleled exposure to building and operating large-scale retail infrastructure from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of Highway Hub's expressway sites.
- Coordinate with retail and F&B; brands to ensure smooth store operations.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and customer experience across the site.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, facility management teams, and government agencies wherever required.
- Support the launch and operational readiness of new sites.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with marketing, leasing, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.




- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Handle on-ground problem-solving and support daily decision-making at the site.

Who We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to work in office and travel across expressway locations.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
