Operations Manager – Accounts Advisory Firm

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Accounts Advisory Firm. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while managing cross-functional teams.

This role is responsible for ensuring seamless business operations, improving productivity, monitoring team performance, and delivering high-quality client service through effective operational management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the firm's day-to-day operations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams across multiple service lines.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of client assignments.
- Coordinate with Partners, Team Leads, and department heads to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support workforce planning, performance management, and employee development in collaboration with HR.




- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, MBA (Finance/Operations), or equivalent qualifications are preferred.

Experience
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA Firm, Accounts Advisory Firm, Audit Firm, or Financial Consulting organization.
- Proven experience in operations management and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience managing multiple departments and client delivery functions.
