Role Description The Operations Management Trainee will support day-to-day restaurant intelligence and operational activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of processes. This full-time, on-site role based in Thane involves monitoring operational metrics, assisting with process improvements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and helping translate data insights into operational actions.
The trainee will help track performance across sales, profitability, marketing initiatives, customer feedback, and daily workflows while learning best practices in operations management. The role also includes preparing reports,
supporting project implementation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
