Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Maintain and update the donor/CRM database, including data entry, tagging, and deduplication.

Track incoming donations, reconcile payments, and identify and report discrepancies.

Generate regular fundraising progress reports based on campaigns and donor data.

Coordinate with the fundraising team to ensure the timely issuance of receipts, acknowledgments, and 80G tax certificates.

Assist in setting up and maintaining online fundraising pages and platforms, such as Ketto, Milaap, GiveIndia, and Razorpay.

Monitor payment gateway dashboards and follow up on failed or pending transactions.

Maintain accurate documentation of fundraising processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Assist with basic data analysis to identify trends related to donor retention and campaign performance.

Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance-related documentation, including FCRA records, where applicable.
