Lean Six Sigma Certification would be preferred. About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Lead to manage and improve our warehouse operations. You will own the complete operational flow including inbound, inventory, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, and logistics. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving processes, building simple systems, and leading teams to deliver efficient and reliable operations. Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, inventory, storage, fulfilment, dispatch, and logistics.

· Improve processes by identifying bottlenecks, analysing root causes, and implementing practical solutions.

· Build and track operational KPIs, dashboards, and SOPs to improve execution and consistency.

· Plan warehouse capacity, manpower, inventory flow, and operational resources.

· Plan warehouse layout to increase workflow and optimization.

· Manage logistics partners, vendors, and procurement of operational materials and equipment.

· Hire, train, and manage warehouse associates while driving productivity and accountability.

· Work closely with Product, Pharmacy, Customer Support, and Technology teams to improve operational performance.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong understanding of warehouse operations,



inventory management, fulfilment, and logistics.

· Experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, and operational excellence.

· Strong observational skills and operational thinking to identify gaps and inefficiencies

· Strong analytical skills, comfortable using operational data and KPIs to make decisions.

· Knowledge of analytical tools such as R, Python, etc.

· Robust documentation skills and experience creating SOPs.

· Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement practices is preferred.

· Strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
