As an Operations Intern, you will gain practical exposure to business operations, customer onboarding,

process management, and cross-functional collaboration while working with teams across Sales, Customer

Success, Finance, and Operations. This internship provides an opportunity to build real-world business skills in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Sales, Customer

Success, and Operations teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to business operations, customer onboarding, order processing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and comfortable working with data, processes, and multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

● Assist in processing and tracking customer orders as per defined processes and checklists.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

● Support customer onboarding activities and activation processes.

● Maintain and update operational records, trackers, and system data.

● Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and business performance summaries.

● Support customer communication related to onboarding, activations, and service updates.

● Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

● Assist the Sales and Customer Success teams during product demos and customer engagements.

● Help maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.

● Support issue tracking and escalation to relevant teams when required.





● Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest operational efficiencies.

● Assist in collecting and organizing customer feedback and business insights.

Required

Skills

● Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets

● Accurate and timely processing of customer orders and operational requests.

● Support for customer onboarding and activation processes.

● Weekly reports on assigned operational activities.

● Documentation of operational processes and updates.

● Coordination support across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams.

● Assistance in maintaining a smooth customer experience throughout onboarding and activation.

Educational

Qualification

● Bachelor degree or Masters (completed or pursuing final year) in Business Administration,

Management, or a related field.
