We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Intern to support our Operations team with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination. If you’re someone who enjoys bringing structure to processes, communicating with different teams, and ensuring things get done on time, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

Manage follow-ups with internal stakeholders and ensure timely task completion.

Support the team with day-to-day administrative activities.

Coordinate across multiple departments for smooth operational execution.

Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation accurately.





Assist in scheduling meetings and managing operational calendars.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes when required.

Ensure operational records are updated and organized.

Provide general operational support for ongoing projects and initiatives. What We’re Looking For

Final-year student or recent graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.

Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
