About the Role:

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Operations Interns to support our mystery audit projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to live client assignments and end-to-end operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing mystery audit projects across multiple locations
- Coordinate with auditors/shoppers for briefing, scheduling, and task completion
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Review audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and documentation
- Support in client deliverables and ensure timely submission of reports
- Identify gaps or discrepancies and escalate as required

Requirements:





- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset
