Hiring for the role of Social Media YouTube Operations Associate for the Judiciary PW Legal Skills category.

Replacement for Kalash Puruthi

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end social media operations across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Coordinate with design, video editing, and content teams to ensure timely execution of creatives and campaigns.
- Handle YouTube operations, including scheduling videos, live sessions, thumbnails, metadata, playlists, community posts, and end-to-end publishing.
- Coordinate with faculty, studio, and marketing teams for smooth execution of content calendars.
- Track content performance and share regular insights for optimization.
- Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns, launches, notifications,



and engagement activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Management and YouTube Operations.
- Positive understanding of YouTube Studio, content publishing workflows, and social media platforms.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
