Job Title: Sales Head Real Estate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and drive the overall sales function for real estate projects to achieve revenue targets.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to ensure consistent business growth and market expansion.

- Build, mentor, and monitor a high-performing sales team; set clear KPIs and ensure accountability.

- Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for lead generation.

- Oversee the complete sales cycle—from lead generation, site visits, negotiations to closure.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies.

- Ensure proper follow-ups, pipeline management, and conversion tracking through CRM systems.

- Coordinate with marketing teams to design campaigns, events,



and promotional strategies for lead generation.

- Handle high-value client negotiations and closures personally when required.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

- Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance, forecasts, and team productivity for management review.
