Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of a branch office, ensuring productive sales performance and customer satisfaction.

- Oversee team handling, providing guidance and support to achieve targets and goals.

- Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including cross-selling of financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, fixed deposits, etc.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of capital markets, insurance, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial services.

- 4-7 years of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably from BFSI background).

- Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets.

- Proven track record of driving business growth through effective strategy development and execution.
