Role Summary

This role is heavily focused on CMDB + ITOM + Integrations + Discovery + Asset Management, with scripting serving as the foundation skill.

The client is looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB engineer (8+ years) who can independently:

Design and maintain CMDB architecture

Implement Discovery and Service Mapping

Manage IRE and reconciliation rules

Build integrations (Kafka, REST, Import Sets)

Develop advanced ServiceNow scripts

Support Asset Management use cases

Drive CMDB data onboarding and governance
