- Recombinant DNA technology : Primer designing, PCR, cloning, transformation, clone identification and confirmation
- Protein expression in bacterial expression systems: Development of host and vector system for increased expression of heterologous/homologous proteins.
- Carrying out expression at shake flask level, Protein expression check through SDS-PAGE and functional enzyme assays of target genes as per the requirement
- Regulatory Science: Support the regulatory science vertical for method development on production strain safety and product safety as per the regulatory authorities (EFSA, GRAS, etc..)
- Progress reports real time basis, final reports, regulatory dossiers for strain safety or product safety.
- Laboratory responsibilities: General laboratory responsibility.
