Weareseeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with strong Databricks & Pre-Sales expertise to drive customer engagements, solution design, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Solution Architecture, Consulting, or Pre-Sales roles.
- Strong experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, and Customer Engagements.
- Proven customer-facing experience with executive stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Delivery and Solution Architecture.
- Strong Data Engineering experience across up-to-date data platforms.
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and leadership communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting (Core Focus) Lead customer discovery sessions, requirement gathering workshops,



and solution discussions.
- Work closely with Sales and Account teams to define winning solution strategies.
- Develop proposals, solution architectures, effort estimations, and statements of work.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations, demos, and technical workshops to customers.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and participate in customer bid processes.

Customer-Facing Leadership & Communication (Core Focus)

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
- Demonstrate strong leadership communication while engaging with CXOs, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Influence strategic data transformation initiatives and guide customers on best practices.

Solution Architecture & Project Delivery

- Design and govern end-to-end data platform architectures.
- Lead project delivery teams and provide technical guidance throughout implementation.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
- Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations
