InQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is 18+ years old Chennai based web development company looking for a reliable and experienced Business Analyst or Project Lead or IT projects Client coordinator to manage mobile and web app projects.

Role & responsibilities

You will work directly with Indian and international clients and make sure the project is planned, tracked, and delivered on time. You will also manage developers, designers, and freelancers which can be challenging, so strong communication and follow-up skills are a must.

Please note:

This is a Business Analyst role focused on client coordination, not a Data Analyst position.

What You Will Do:

- Talk to Clients Regularly
- Understand their needs
- Share updates and get feedback
- Give demos and explain how things work
- Write and send meeting notes (MoM)

- Plan and Manage Projects





- Break work into tasks and assign them to the right people
- Keep track of progress and timelines
- Prepare documents like requirements, reports, proposals, SRS, FRD and project updates
- Spot and solve problems early

- Work with the Team

- Coordinate with in-house developers, designers, and QA team
- Handle external freelancers and make sure they follow deadlines
- Arrange regular meetings and follow-ups
- Keep everyone on the same page

- Make Sure the Work is Done Right

- Check all work before sending it to the client
- Help with testing and fixing issues
- Make sure the final product is what the client wanted
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and with good quality
