Role & responsibilities

* Develop and manage Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models using Revit MEP for residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects.

* Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Fire Protection, and other MEP disciplines to ensure accurate and clash-free BIM deliverables.

* Perform model reviews, clash detection, and issue resolution using Navisworks.

* Create, modify, and maintain Revit families and project templates as per BIM standards.

* Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and company BIM standards.

* Develop parametric Revit families and automate workflows using Dynamo/C# wherever applicable.

* Support BIM coordination meetings and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

* Deliver high-quality BIM models and construction documentation for US building projects.

Preferred candidate profile





* B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

* 815 years of experience in BIM Mechanical & Plumbing using Revit MEP.

* Strong expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM Coordination, Clash Detection, Dynamo, and Revit Families.

* Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise building projects.

* Exposure to US projects and BIM standards will be highly preferred.

* Candidates from leading engineering design consultancies such as AECOM, WSP, Jacobs, Arup, AtkinsRalis, Ramboll, Meinhardt, Stantec, Mott MacDonald, Dar, etc., will be preferred.

* Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Immediate to 60-day notice period preferred.
