We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager/ Manager - Facility Operations with a leading real estate developer.

Position: Assistant Manager Operations
Location: Narsapura
Reporting To: Manager Operations
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: BE (Electrical)
Preferred: Facility Management Certification

Key Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in site/floor operations.
- Experience managing Industrial, Warehouse, Commercial Properties or working with a Facility Management company.

- Strong knowledge of:
- Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
- Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
- Diesel Generator (DG)
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Electrical Infrastructure

- Experience handling both Technical & Soft Services, including:
- Security Management
- Housekeeping
- Landscaping

- Working knowledge of Facility Management (FM)Software.
- Exposure to Real Estate, Construction, Commercial or Industrial Facilities.
- Experience in customer/tenant relationship management.
- Familiarity with local geography and land-related matters.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including civil, MEP maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are planned and executed as per schedule.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams on MEP, civil and structural works.
- Support budgeting, cost control and repair estimations.
- Manage statutory compliance, audits and operational reporting.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with tenants and vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure smooth site operations.
