Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily dispatch activities to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Verify customer orders, part numbers, drawing revisions, quantities, and packing requirements before dispatch.
- Ensure only quality-approved materials are dispatched.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Planning to achieve on-time deliveries.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents including Delivery Challans, Invoices, Packing Lists, E-Way Bills, and transport documentation.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, identification, and traceability of materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow FIFO practices where applicable.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely shipments.
- Maintain dispatch records, shipment tracking, and proof of delivery.
- Investigate dispatch discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve dispatch accuracy and efficiency.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering (Preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,



or Operations Management with relevant manufacturing experience will also be considered.

Experience

- 4-8 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain operations in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, precision engineering, CNC machining, or automotive component manufacturing is preferred.
